Christian Financial Services LLC is a consulting organization that specializes in providing technical assistance to private non-profits, municipalities, and national organizations in the areas of community economic development, strategic planning and project micro-business development. We have an 85% funding approval rating with over 2 million dollars in grant awards, while writing applications for over thirteen years. Our program development team has established over 25 million in grant awards, established over one hundred fifty, 501-c3 non-profits.

The Founder
CFS L.L.C. founder and president Leslie Randolph Holmes attended Tuskegee University from Tuskegee he lived in southern California for 23 years were he began his financial career. While there he attended Barbans Financial Institute receiving his General Securities Representative License, Register Investment Advisors License, Uniform State Law License and Life Insurance License.

Les moved to Prince Georges’s County Maryland in 1995 with over 20 years in the financial arena. He currently is a registered General Securities Broker and Investment Advisor. Les is a Board member, of the Academy of Finance, Prince Georges’s County Public Schools.

A member of the Upper Marlboro Democratic Club and a member of the Collective Banking Group of Prince George’s County. He is a member of Greater Mt. Nebo A.M.E. Church and Executive Director of the Richard Allen Community Develop Corporation.

The Richard Allen C.D.C. has established extensive Wellness to work programs, the Richard Allen HIV Aids Testing and Counseling Program, and the Sara Allen Lewis Retirement Community.
